Arth was established in May 2007, as an MFI with a motive to edify the financial status of women in India. Arth Finance is backed by IIRD (Indian Institute Of Rural Development) with one and a half decade of experience in areas of economic development, natural resource management, health education, sanitation, child development, women empowerment and has also been involved in the SHG bank linkage program. Arth was established with a motive to empower the downtrodden by providing microloans to the poor women. Their primary aim is to strengthen the financial status of women, who do not have direct access to banks or other financial institutions and to assist them in their pursuit of income generating activities.
About the Job:
Arth is looking for a Funds Manager with experience in fundraising and funds management.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of business projections working capital reports;
* Developing fund-raising strategies for obtaining funds from banks for organizational functioning;
* Liaison with banks or other private (domestic or international) financial institutions or investors for fund (debt) raising;
* Capital structuring/ sourcing;
* Keen eye on inflow and outflow of funds;
* Preparation submission of CMA data for banks.
