It offers microfinance solutions to the urban and rural poor in South India, and currently operate in the states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Samasta Microfinance aim is to drive social change and be a catalyst for entrepreneurial ambition by providing a host of financial and non-financial products to the members.
About the Job:
This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive training package that encompasses the elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce of the company. This work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employee's skills.
Qualifications:
* A graduate in MBA (HR) or Masters in social science or any other related degree would be preferred;
* Focus would be on flair teaching and training rather than only on academic performance.
