Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), a Swiss-German consultancy specializing in microfinance consulting and development in emerging markets, promotes and facilitates financial sector development in transition economies. It provides innovative consulting services that measurably improve the performance of financial institutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of new MSME lending approaches in partner banks;
* Coordinate the introduction and implementation of innovative loan products and procedures;
* Perform credit portfolio and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions;
* Support the regional expansion of MSME lending;
* Organize and conduct training programs, including TOT;
* Advise middle and senior management of partner institutions;
* Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years relevant international work experience;
* Solid experience in finance and consulting in emerging markets;
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in development finance projects is an asset;
* Project management experience is an asset;
* Strong analytical, communication and writing skills;
* Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative;
* Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian required;
* Cultural sensitivity.
